Test Saturday

To increase the probability of a good hire for your software project we conduct a Test Saturday. This is a saturday dedicated to finding the right candidate. After the first initial selection rounds the 3 candidates with the highest potential will be invited to the Test Saturday in the offices of Software Developer India. The first part of the Test Saturday the customer will have a selection discussion with the candidates. After this a coding challenge will be given to the candidates which will have a scope of around 4 to 5 hours of work. After seeing the results the customer can select the best candidate.
