Landets ry for at have n\u00e5et et vist niveau af modenhed p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet, dets langvarige medlemskab af EU, dets vestlige kultur og tankegang og dets flydende engelsk er grunden til, at Polen betragtes som et af de bedste. Desuden er Tjekkiet f\u00f8destedet for kendte verdensomsp\u00e6ndende it-brands som Avast, AVG og Socialbakers.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ungarn<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ungarn har den st\u00f8rste andel af outsourcing p\u00e5 det \u00f8steurop\u00e6iske IT-marked. N\u00e5r du skal finde potentielle teknologipartnere, kan du v\u00e6lge mellem over 125 virksomheder i landet. Mange multinationale virksomheder har etableret deres forsknings- og udviklingscentre i landet, f.eks. Siemens, Microsoft, Deloitte, Ericsson, Nokia, TATA osv. Bulgarske serviceudbydere er kendt for at levere kvalitetsservices. Landet har is\u00e6r nydt godt af tilstedev\u00e6relsen af den globale IT-gigant Hewlett-Packard, som besk\u00e6ftiger mere end 6.000 IT-specialister, ikke medregnet de 101.400 IKT-specialister, der allerede er ansat.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hvert \u00e5r kommer omkring 2.000 IKT-kandidater ud p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet, og over 220 uddannelsesinstitutioner tilbyder en bred vifte af tekniske studiemuligheder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Landet er hjemsted for lidt mere end 200 virksomheder, der betjener kunder inden for finans- og forretningssektoren, informationsteknologi, sundhedspleje og e-handel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multinationale IT-virksomheder som HP, SAP, Johnson Controls, Oracle, VMware, CISCO, ProSyst og Atos har R&amp;D-kontorer i Bulgarien.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desuden ligger landet p\u00e5 11. pladsen i Emerging Europe&#8217;s IT Competitiveness Ranking p\u00e5 grund af sin sofistikerede IT-infrastruktur og sit indbydende forretningsmilj\u00f8.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hviderusland<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.software-developer-india.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Software-development.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"575\" height=\"250\" src=\"https:\/\/www.software-developer-india.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Software-development.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31723\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.software-developer-india.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Software-development.jpg 575w, https:\/\/www.software-developer-india.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Software-development-300x130.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 575px) 100vw, 575px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blandt de popul\u00e6re er Hviderusland indtil videre et af de stort set uudforskede steder for IT-outsourcing i \u00d8steuropa, selv om landets IT-sektor indtager en 3. plads i \u00f8konomien. Mere end 80.000 programm\u00f8rer udg\u00f8r landets robuste talentmasse, og mere end 20.000 nye eksperter slutter sig til branchen hvert \u00e5r efter endt uddannelse. Hviderusland har fire store IT-knudepunkter, hvor softwareudvikling kan outsources: Vitebsk, Grodno, Gomel og Minsk. N\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder leveomkostninger og IT-outsourcing, er Hviderusland en meget omkostningseffektiv destination.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Moldova<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er et andet hurtigt voksende sted for IT-outsourcing, men ikke s\u00e5 popul\u00e6rt som andre destinationer. Du kan hyre og f\u00e5 kvalitetsservice fra h\u00f8jt kvalificerede, flersprogede professionelle udviklere, der kan h\u00e5ndtere komplekse projekter og hj\u00e6lpe dig med at n\u00e5 dine forretningsm\u00e5l.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Landet har en stor pulje af talentfulde programm\u00f8rer, over 60.000, hvilket er et imponerende antal for et relativt lille land som Moldova. Mange virksomheder foretr\u00e6kker at ans\u00e6tte udviklere fra landet p\u00e5 grund af deres h\u00f8je engelskkundskaber og deres f\u00e6rdigheder i programmeringssprog som Java, Javascript og Python. Chisinau, Tiraspol og Balti er landets tre st\u00f8rste IT-knudepunkter.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Slovakiet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slovakiet er et land, hvor over 114.000 tech-professionelle er ansat i ICT-sektoren, omkring 5% af landets arbejdsstyrke. Hvert \u00e5r uddeler slovakiske universiteter grader i teknologispecialisering til omkring 1.600 specialister. Det siges, at der er omkring 70 virksomheder for antallet af outsourcing-tjenesteudbydere inden for forskellige omr\u00e5der i landet. De st\u00f8rste knudepunkter er Bratislava og Kosice. Siden landet blev medlem af EU i 2004, har det vundet indpas i IT-branchen og vist en v\u00e6kst i antallet af softwareudviklingsvirksomheder p\u00e5 3,8 % om \u00e5ret fra 2018 til 2023.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Litauen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I Litauen besk\u00e6ftiger IKT-sektoren omkring 53.000 specialister, og hvert \u00e5r udkl\u00e6kkes omkring 700 nye eksperter. Landet har vakt interesse hos Google, AIG og Nasdaq, som har besluttet at etablere regionale udviklingscentre der.
