Op die manier kunnen de eigen werknemers van het bedrijf zich concentreren op hun eigen taken, en kunnen zij worden vrijgemaakt voor andere dringende taken. Het zou helpen om de middelen van het bedrijf vrij te houden voor andere projecten die hun expertise nodig hebben. Op deze manier kunnen de bedrijven de exploitatiekosten aanzienlijk verminderen en beheersen.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In dit artikel wordt gesproken over onshore outsourcing en de voordelen daarvan. Maar laten we eerst onderzoeken waarom bedrijven hun werk eigenlijk moeten uitbesteden?<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reasons-why-companies-outsource-their-projects\"><strong>Redenen waarom bedrijven hun projecten uitbesteden<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wanneer bedrijven meer ruimte voor groei willen maken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wanneer ze willen bezuinigen op middelen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wanneer ze deskundig talent nodig hebben voor een project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Besparen op operationele kosten\/arbeidskosten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De productiviteit van het interne team verhogen  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als ze niet door het gedoe van multitasking willen gaan&#8230;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focus op meer competenties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perfect wanneer bedrijven willen schalen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De huidige werknemers kunnen blijven werken aan hun kerncompetenties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"types-of-outsourcing-companies-opt-for\"><strong>Soorten outsourcing waar bedrijven voor kiezen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn verschillende soorten outsourcing, afhankelijk van wat bedrijven nodig hebben en wat hun doelen zijn:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offshore outsourcing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onshore outsourcing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nearshore outsourcing <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij offshore outsourcing gaat het om outsourcing van het project naar een totaal ander land in een andere tijdzone, bij nearshore outsourcing gaat het om outsourcing van de projectontwikkeling naar een ander land in dezelfde tijdzone. Onshore outsourcing is anders omdat het erom gaat het werk uit te besteden aan een team dat in hetzelfde land woont.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-is-onshore-outsourcing\"><strong>Wat is Onshore outsourcing?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onshore outsourcing is ook bekend als Domestic outsourcing en is bedoeld om het gebruik en de toepassing van de interne IT-infrastructuur van een bedrijf te elimineren of te verminderen en zo de totale kosten van het bedrijf te beheersen. Het werkt bijna zoals offshore outsourcing, maar de dienstverlener heeft kantoren in hetzelfde land. Het team zal ook in hetzelfde land zijn. Bedrijven die strenge wettelijke en operationele eisen stellen, geven de voorkeur aan onshore outsourcing.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"benefits-of-onshore-outsourcing\"><strong>Voordelen van onshore outsourcing<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.software-developer-india.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/working.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"575\" height=\"250\" src=\"https:\/\/www.software-developer-india.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/working.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28899\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.software-developer-india.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/working.jpg 575w, https:\/\/www.software-developer-india.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/working-300x130.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 575px) 100vw, 575px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onshore outsourcing zal een enorme last van de schouders van uw team nemen, vooral wanneer de teamleden zoveel functies te vervullen hebben. Daarom geven bedrijven de voorkeur aan een alternatief team om een deel van het werk te delegeren.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onshore reclame is ook een goed idee wanneer uw interne team werk heeft dat buiten hun kerncompetenties valt. Dus in plaats van hen te dwingen iets te doen waar ze niet vertrouwd mee zijn, kunt u een ander team inhuren om zich op die gebieden te concentreren. Veel bedrijven, zowel grote als kleine, hebben liever een verlengstuk van het team in hetzelfde land, omdat ze op elk moment contact met hen kunnen opnemen.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit komt door de vele voordelen van onshore outsourcing:<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Communicatiegemak<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aangezien taalverschillen in hetzelfde land vrij zeldzaam zijn (misschien alleen subtiele verschillen in het dialect), zou het gemakkelijk zijn om met het nieuwe team te communiceren. Vaak is het grootste obstakel bij offshore outsourcing de communicatie, veroorzaakt door taalverschillen. Voor elk bedrijf om succesvol te zijn, is vloeiendheid in taal een belangrijk criterium.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Tijdzones<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een ander probleem bij het werken met offshore bedrijven is dat hun werktijden verschillen. Hoewel veel bedrijven erin slagen te werken volgens de tijdzones van hun werkgever, kan het gebeuren dat de reactietijd in geval van nood of direct werk langzamer is. Zowel het team (intern als het onshore uitbestede team) zal op dat moment wakker zijn, wat de samenwerking en communicatie vergemakkelijkt.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Kostenbesparing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onshore outsourcing bespaart geld omdat bedrijven geen team in dienst hoeven te nemen en geen tijd en middelen hoeven te besteden aan de opleiding ervan of aan het geven van ruimte in hun kantoor. De bedrijven besparen misschien geen geld op salarissen of minimumloon, maar ze kunnen het werk altijd zonder pauze hervatten zodra het onshore team is ingesteld. Maar als het gaat om het betalen van salarissen, is offshore outsourcing altijd veel beter in kostenbesparing. Wanneer persoonlijke vergaderingen nodig zijn, hoeft u niet de halve wereld over te reizen, en ook dat is een kostenbesparende zet. Hoewel het verschil in kostenbesparing misschien niet enorm groot is, is het dat op de lange termijn wel. De combinatie van inspanningen zal een betere ROI opleveren.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Gemakkelijker integratie met het interne team<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aangezien zowel het interne als het externe team uit hetzelfde land komen, zullen zij beter samenwerken. Er gaat niet veel tijd verloren met het breken van het ijs omdat ze misschien al dezelfde cultuur hebben, en er is geen zorg dat het andere team de contextuele betekenis in gesprekken begrijpt. Ze zullen waarschijnlijk vanaf de eerste ontmoeting naadloos met elkaar overweg kunnen.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Beschikbaarheid van infrastructuur<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met onshore outsourcing hoeft u zich geen zorgen te maken over het klaarmaken van de infrastructuur voor het nieuwe team. Het zal beschikbaar zijn bij de servicepartner die het onshore team levert, en zij zullen beschikken over de nieuwste infrastructuur, bijgewerkt met de nieuwste technologische trends. Het team heeft ook een grondige kennis van de nieuwste infrastructuur, zodat er geen opleidingstijd nodig is. Zodra u hen inhuurt, kan het werk onmiddellijk en zonder vertraging worden aangevat.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6<\/strong>. <strong>Betere kwaliteitscontrole<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Omdat het team zo dicht bij huis is, kunt u genieten van een betere kwaliteitscontrole tijdens elke fase van het project. En zelfs als u het team moet ontmoeten, kunt u hen persoonlijk ontmoeten, fysieke demonstraties geven en hen een beter inzicht geven in wat er nodig is. Aangezien de reistijden korter zijn, hoeft u zich geen zorgen te maken dat u een dag verliest om het team te ontmoeten en te trainen.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.<\/strong> <strong>Betere kennis van de markt<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het lokale team in een onshore outsourcing scenario zal een betere kennis hebben van de lokale markt, ze zullen zich kunnen inleven in de doelstellingen van uw bedrijf. Zij kunnen het product aanpassen aan de behoeften van uw markt. En u bespaart ook hier tijd omdat u hen niet hoeft op te leiden om de lokale markt te begrijpen.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"understand-the-downsides\"><strong>De nadelen begrijpen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoewel er zoveel voordelen zijn aan onshore outsourcing, is het ook noodzakelijk dat u de nadelen begrijpt. Hier zijn er een paar:<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Klein team van deskundigen<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met offshore outsourcing en nearshore outsourcing heeft u de mogelijkheid om deskundig talent van overal ter wereld te halen. Dat betekent dat de pool van deskundigen echt enorm is. Bij onshore outsourcing is de talentenpool relatief beperkt.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Duurder<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U kunt goedkoper inhuren wanneer u aan offshore outsourcing doet, maar wanneer het uit uw eigen land komt, zullen de tarieven gelijk zijn aan wat u uw intern team betaalt.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"_conclusion_\"><strong>Conclusie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dus nu u de voordelen van onshore outsourcing en de waarschijnlijke nadelen ervan hebt begrepen, is het gemakkelijker een beslissing te nemen over wat het beste is voor uw bedrijf en de beoogde ROI.
